Quidi Vidi Dinner

Only a week and a half until the beer dinner and seats are filling up… We are really excited about working with Quidi Vidi on this event, and certainly hope to make it a yearly one. 

David Rees, owner of Quidi Vidi Brewery along with Einar Holtet, Brew Master will be in attendance and will give guests a brief explanation of his products and the brewing process.  Chef Shaun Hussey will make his way from the kitchen to the dining room to share with guests his inspiration for creating the menu, and why each course pairs so well with the matched Quidi Vidi Beer.

Chinched Bistro and Quidi Vidi Brewery see this evening as a great opportunity for local business to support each other and promote two very unique local products. 

Each guest will enjoy five courses each paired with one of Quidi Vidi Brewery’s unique beers and take home a souvenir Quidi Vidi beer glass.  The cost of the evening is $85/person (not including tax & tip).

That beer dinner sounds super awesome. I heart Quidi Vidi beers … and I heart food … what a combo!
