Spinach and Goat Cheese Tart

The vegetarian option this season is our Spinach and Goat Cheese Tart.

The tart is a twist on the classic quiche. The spinach and goat cheese filling is baked in a classic tart shell and topped with a classic French tapenade of minced black olives, and olive oil.

The dish is finished with house made preserved tomato vinaigrette.
